18 GPM Manual Diaphragm Pumps

Edson 18 Gallon Per Stroke Manual Diaphragm Pumps with 1-1/2" Inlet and Discharge Ports are a small version of the famous Edson One Gallon Per Stroke Manual Pumps. Originally designed to be used as bilge pumps and general purpose pumps aboard yachts or workboats, today they are bought for many non-marine applications such as general purpose pumps for municipal dewatering applications, sewage collection, spill clean up, oil collection, and for pumping out of sumps, holding tanks and gas tanks. There is one version, the Model 167, specifically set-up for grouting applications. There are four models and two pumping kits to accommodate different applications. They are available in 356-T6 Anodized Aluminum or Marine-Grade Bronze with Stainless hardware with a choice of Nitrile or Viton diaphragm and valves. Choose the right Model for your application and build the pump you need.


 
 

Model 165 Manual Portable Pump Kit is a complete pumping system. The Edson Model 217 Lever-Action Pump mounted on a Carrying Board, with quick clamp hose couplings, 20 feet of flexible hose, and a 32” Drive Handle makes up the kit.

Model 217 Lever Action Pumps are for horizontal mounting and portable applications. The pumps use an 18" aluminum handle to drive the diaphragm with an easy back and forth lever-action motion.

Model 258 Wall Mount Pumps are specifically engineered for enclosed installations, mounting behind a wall, in a box or under an enclosed seat. A gasket with a retaining flange will prevent penetration of dirt or water. The pump handle is horizontally oriented for easy pumping while in a seated position.

Model 167 Grout Pump Kit is ideal for pumping grout or similar high viscosity slurries. The tapered body, heavy-duty head ring, large valve openings and tough diaphragm and valve rubbers are well suited to this application. Ideal for filling well heads, rigging machinery, grouting in window and door frame, small repair and filling jobs.
